Course Content
Jane Loves Design Inc. reserves all rights to course content and may change content when deemed necessary. All students will retain lifetime access to all video learning content paid for at time of enrollment. Any bonus modules/materials including the FB group and Live Q+A recordings may be subject to *change and are not considered lifetime access. Students will be given 30 days notice of such changes.
Additional content created for a course may be subject to upgrade fees (determined by Jane Monteith Art) to gain access to new video modules/lessons. All upgrades are optional and non-refundable.

Ownership and Copyright
Content on this website is owned property of Jane Monteith Art. All content on taelife.com is copyright material. Under no circumstances may an individual copy/change/use/redistribute content for personal/financial gain, including downloadable materials. Permission to use any content from this site must be requested by the individual to Jane Monteith Art.
Guests / Opinions
Jane Monteith Art may sometimes share information by means of guest artist interviews and authors. Opinions and information shared by others do not necessarily reflect the opinions and beliefs of Jane Monteith Art. Accuracy of information/statements made by guests is not guaranteed and Jane Monteith Art is not responsible for verifying such statements.
Program Fees and Suspension
If you opt for monthly payments for your course, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. If any payment is not made, Jane Monteith Art shall immediately suspend your access to the Program until funds have been collected. Should you fail to make payment, your account may be sent to a third-party collection agency.
Refund Policies
The Artist Entrepreneur Program
The TAE program is backed with a 14-day *full money back guarantee from the date Module 1 is released. Jane Monteith Art wants you to be satisfied with your course purchase, however, you must try your best in applying the knowledge, tools and strategies taught in the course. Therefore, you must have attempted and put forth your best efforts in the program based on the modules released during that timeframe BEFORE initiating a refund request. To be eligible for a refund, you MUST submit proof of completing the course assignments as outlined below along with details of how it was unsuccessful. Your work must be emailed within 14 days of release of Module 1 to [email protected]. After this period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to request/receive a refund.
Completion of Assignments 1 & 2 as outlined within the course.
(*Payment processing fees will be deducted off any requested refund. Example: If the PayPal processing rate is 3.9% on a $500 payment, the refund amount would be $480.50)
Alcohol Inks & Resin Course
The alcohol inks & resin course is self paced and offers immediate access to all content; therefore, this course is considered final sale and not eligible for a refund unless a student has not begun the course (0% completion) within 30 days of purchase. Cyanotype Printmaking Course
The Cyanotype Printmaking course is self paced and offers access to all content within 10 days; therefore, this course is considered final sale and not eligible for a refund unless a student has not begun the course (0% completion) within 30 days of purchase. Mixed Media Masterclass
Jane Monteith Art offers a *full 10-day no questions asked money-back guarantee on the regular priced (excludes discount/sale price offers) Mixed Media Masterclass from the date of purchase. Should you decide not to continue with the course, you MUST email your request to [email protected] within 10 calendar days from date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
After the 10-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to request/receive a refund.

Discounted/Sale priced course purchases on non group led, 100% self paced versions are FINAL sale and are not deemed eligible for refunds.
Instant Access
Courses purchased that are granted Instant Access to all content immediately upon purchase are considered ineligible for refunds and are final sale.

Jane Monteith Art provides educational and informational resources that are provided to help students reach their desired goals. However, you recognize that your success/failure is determined by your own commitment and efforts put forth into the program; that your results are beyond the control of Jane Monteith Art. Results may also vary from one person to another and that there are no guarantees to obtain similar results.
Testimonials
At certain times, Jane Monteith may request permission to use testimonials from members of a course. By granting permission, if/when requested, you herby allow Jane Monteith Art to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the testimonial for purposes of publicizing Jane Monteith programs or for any other lawful purpose. You agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Jane Monteith Art for the use of your testimonial statement.
